Production
This is a rare distillate from our Cask Selection, made from hand-picked wild serviceberries. The berries are processed without stones, making the distillate pure and fruity with a fine woody note. After gentle double distillation, the distillate is stored for 24 months in a chestnut barrel, which gives the brandy a tart, sweet note. The fully ripe fruit is hand-picked, stoned and gently cold-fermented. 124 bottles are bottled each year.
