Production
This is a rare distillate from our Cask Selection, made from hand-picked wild serviceberries. The berries are processed without stones, making the distillate pure and fruity with a subtle woody note. After the gentle double distillation, the distillate was stored for 24 months in a chestnut barrel, which gives the brandy a tart sweet note. The fully ripe fruit is hand-picked, pitted and gently cold fermented. Every year 124 bottles are bottled.
