Production
Our fine fruit brandy is made exclusively from hand-picked wild cherries. The wild cherry trees, which grow up to 20 m high, are rare and difficult to harvest. Around 30 kg of cherries are needed for one liter of brandy. The cherries are pitted and cold fermented before the brandy is gently distilled twice. We fill around 450 bottles a year.
