More information about Organic raw food linseed oil
The golden yellow, mild, slightly nutty and hay-tasting linseed oil (Linum usitatissimum) is obtained from the ripe seeds of the linseed (Linium usitatissimum).
It is excellent with milky dishes, such as cottage cheese with potatoes, as well as simply with bread and salt. But it can also be used as a base for a tasty vinaigrette to a summer salad.
Linseed oil consists of 58% alpha-linoleic acids (omega-3 fatty acid), 17% oleic acids, 10% saturated fatty acids and about 2% fat accompanying substances (such as mucilage & vitamin E).
The linseed oil is freshly pressed in the neighboring Leipzig oil mill by Patrice Wolger.

Rosenberg delicacies
