This slightly acidic orange fruit spread, with its characteristic bitter taste, is looking for its lovers! The peels of the bitter organic oranges from Greece are cut into fine strips and boiled with their fruit juice with the addition of raw cane sugar.
This creates a wild jumble of sliced oranges in the glass.
