The blackcurrant fruit spread consists of a blend of blackcurrants and redcurrants, which are balanced in a tart and sour ratio and flavored with raw cane sugar.
The blackcurrants were grown in the fields of Kloster Mönchpfiffel. The red currants come from Biofrucht Senst in Landsberg.
