The organic eggs for this liqueur come from laying hens from the Dübener Heide. The slightly creamy egg liqueur - Espressso is made according to a traditional egg liqueur recipe, which is refined with the espresso "La Doña" of the Leipzig roastery Purple Bike. This Arabica variety from Mexico is characterized by a fruity mild sweetness, which tastes in the finish with delicate marzipan & cocoa notes.
