This exceptional mezcal from Oaxaca is distilled in the presence of a rich selection of natural ingredients, including chile guajillo, rapeseed oil, salt, plantain, sesame seeds, garlic, onion, thyme, cloves, cinnamon, mole coloradito, cumin, black pepper, oregano, peanuts, walnuts, almonds and raisins. During the distillation process, a basket containing these ingredients is suspended above the still. As the steam rises, it passes through the basket and naturally infuses the mezcal with the complex and multi-layered aromas of these ingredients.
The result is an intensely aromatic mezcal with notes of spice, nutty richness, subtle sweetness and savory nuances, perfectly balanced by a smooth, full-bodied texture.
