Es liegt umrahmt von Weinbergen im Herzen der Pfalz. Hier können Sie uns besuchen, einfach zum Wein probieren, zu einem guten Essen oder um ein paar Tage zu entspannen. Weingut, Gutsausschank und Ferienhaus, diese drei Bereiche prägen unseren Alltag. Die Aufgaben sind so vielseitig wie spannend, denn überall warten täglich neue Herausforderungen auf uns. Das schönste an unserer Arbeit ist, dass wir so viel mit Menschen zu tun haben.

WEINKELLEREI WEINKÖNIG GmbH was founded in 1978 in Koblenz on the Rhine. Since then, the company has gradually specialized in the marketing of dealcoholized wines. In the meantime, there are 19 different dealcoholized wines and sparkling products that are marketed nationally and internationally, as far as the South Pacific region. Freely following the motto: "Less is more", Wiegand Manufactur produces two different types of liqueur and gin with its small 150-liter distillery. With its home liqueur, Lyonel Dry Gin and barrel gin, the small family business is currently conquering the German spirits market. The company's founder, Matthias Wiegand, spent up to a year working on the perfect flavor composition of each product.

Gezielt - im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Im schönen Thüringer Wald kümmern wir uns verantwortungsvoll um Tierwohl und Bestandsschutz. Das heißt, wir achten bei der gewissenhaften Entnahme von Wildtieren auf ihren Sozialverband und vermeiden dabei unnötiges Leid und aufkommenden Stress. Das erlegte Wild versorgt zum einen Familien und Freunde. Zum anderen möchten wir auch Menschen ohne Jagdschein ermöglichen, wofür wir uns entschieden haben: Fleisch essen ohne Gewissensbisse. Denn Wildfleisch wird nie im Überfluss produziert. Massentierhaltung, Megaställe, Fleischskandale… Für uns alles kein Thema! Wir verarbeiten nicht mehr als ohnehin da ist. Der natürliche Bestand bestimmt unser Angebot. Unser Leitgedanke lautet: Klasse statt Masse und Bäume statt Zäune!

The potatoes used come from the Weilerhof in the Volcanic Eifel, where the soil is particularly mineral. Windspiel sees itself as a premium manufactory and relies on manual labor in all production steps. Even the potatoes are selected and sorted by hand. They also rely on a special blend when selecting the botanicals for their gin. When we started in 2008 with our Winzerglühwein as a creative wine project for friends and family, we had no idea that we would hit exactly the taste of the time with the Winterpulle and even receive the award "Best German Mulled Wine" from the magazine "Selection" one year later. Due to the increasing demand, we also developed a white mulled wine as well as a rosé - and an alcohol-free variant in the following years.
