Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from a single vineyard were used for Simonsig The Garland, producing a rich red wine that impresses with its dark color in the glass. A wonderful blend of dark and red berries is accompanied by earthy tones on the nose. Simonsig The Garland also impresses on the palate with its complexity. Notes of herbs, cedar and oak are accompanied by nuances of plums and violets and rounded off with a little cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. The great structure promises great development potential, but the full-bodied, classic and long-lasting Cabernet Sauvignon is already a highlight in the red wine glass. Enjoy Simonsig The Garland, which has matured for 19 months in French oak, best with dark meat or spicy dishes.
