The lively bouquet unfolds aromas of lemons and brioche and the Cap Classique made from Chardonnay grapes is also fresh and expressive on the palate with a crisp acidity. The fine perlage and long-lasting finish give the Klein Constantia Cap Classique Blanc de Blanc a wonderful mouthfeel. Enjoy this sparkling wine, which has been given 38 months to mature in the bottle after the second fermentation, on its own as an aperitif.
