More information about Spier 21 Gables Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
A great wine comes from a vineyard with a great view, says Spier's cellar master Johann Jordaan, referring to the powerful yet elegant Spier 21 Gables Cabernet Sauvignon. The dark ruby red color and the multi-layered bouquet are impressive proof of this. Aromas of blackcurrants, violets and cedar fill the nose and the full-bodied red wine delights the palate with its great structure and opulent finish. This makes the Spier 21 Gables Cabernet Sauvignon, which has matured for 26 months in French oak, a real treat for the palate on its own, but it also pairs well with spicy or dark meat.
