The Spier Creative Block 3 already wraps every red wine fan around the finger with its dark ruby color. The light scent of violets, mulberries and black cherries spoils the senses of the connoisseur. Spicy nuances of black pepper and fennel skillfully round out the bouquet. Concentrated fruit notes and silky tannins give the cuvée of Shiraz (94%), Mourvèdre (5%) and Viognier (1%) a rich and soft mouthfeel. Enjoy the red wine, which was aged for sixteen months in French and American oak, definitely once pure, but the Spier Creative Block 3 also goes wonderfully with grilled food or spicy dishes, which can also be vegetarian.
