The Spier Creative Block 5 flows into the glass in a dark ruby red. The fruity aroma of blackberries, cherries and blackcurrants pampers the senses and is accompanied by cedar notes, dark chocolate and a hint of violets. On the palate, the cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Merlot (30%), Cabernet Franc (13%), Petit Verdot (9%) and Malbec (8%) impresses above all with its harmonious balance and great tannin structure. Enjoy the Spier Creative Block 5, which has matured for eighteen months in French oak, with dark meat or spicy dishes. But this complex red wine is also always a pleasure on its own.
