The Spier Seaward Pinotage presents itself in a dark ruby red in the glass. The aroma combines rich notes of black cherries and mulberries, surrounded by spicy undertones and vanilla. The red wine, which has matured for fourteen months in French and American oak, impresses on the palate with its excellent balance. Dishes with lamb or game in a fruity sauce are therefore just as recommendable as vegetarian dishes. But the Spier Seward Pinotage is also a pleasure on its own.
