More information about The Florida Brewery Polar Pilsener
Florida is a place on the Gulf of Mexico. Most parts of the state have a tropical climate and warm temperatures all year round. The flora is correspondingly lush and there are mangrove forests, coral reefs and beautiful beaches.
Like all breweries, the Florida Brewery wants to adapt its specialty beers to the needs of its customers. With average temperatures in their homeland ranging from 15 degrees in January to 27 degrees in July and August, this means lighter, more drinkable beers. When the thermometer climbs and the humidity rises, there is no desire for heavy, bulky beers with a high malt content and intense, complex aromas. Instead, people opt for variants that contain less alcohol and are rather lean and mild overall. The Polar Pilsner from the Florida Brewery was designed for warmer climates and impresses with its tropical aromas, high drinkability and light body.
The Floridian pilsner flows into the glass in crystal-clear gold and is adorned with a delicate veil of white foam. A beautiful hop blossom rises to the nose and whets the appetite for the first sip. This reveals a delicate beer with a drinkable character. Polar Pilsner is the perfect refreshment on hot days and will send you to the white beaches of Florida for a few delicious moments.
