This raspberry brandy is made from hand-picked raspberries that ripen in Völser Aicha at an altitude of 900 meters.
The yields of the delicate berries are small and the production of the distillate is laborious. At least 100 kg of raspberries are needed for 4 liters of raspberry brandy. Raspberry brandies are rare and a real challenge, but the intense aroma makes the effort worthwhile.
