The Tokara Shiraz 2022 is an expressive red wine from Stellenbosch and Durbanville. Fruity, spicy and with fine tannins, it impresses from the very first sip. Shining in dark cherry red, the wine unfolds intense aromas of red and dark berries, accompanied by pink pepper, fine spice and a hint of toast.
"On the palate, the Shiraz is juicy and balanced with a fresh structure, silky mouthfeel and a dry, long-lasting finish. The wine was matured for ten months in wooden barrels.
Whether with roast pork, grilled vegetables or a hearty lentil ragout - this Shiraz is an excellent accompaniment to a variety of dishes and also cuts a stylish figure on its own.
