Golden wheat - specially grown and certified organic - and clear water from the Harz foreland allow an excellent mash to mature. This forms the basis for an outstanding, carefully crafted distillate.
The botanicals, hand-picked and organically grown according to family tradition, give TOMMYS DRY GIN its special character during the small-batch distillation process: ripe berries, a light citrus note and pleasantly tart moments on the nose develop into strong notes on the palate. Ethereal elements are also found in the aftertaste and round off the complex and balanced taste.
