Golden wheat - specially grown and ecologically certified - and clear water from the foothills of the Harz Mountains allow an excellent mash to mature. This forms the basis for an outstanding distillate produced by hand and with care.
The botanicals, hand-picked according to family tradition and organically grown, give TOMMYS DRY GIN its special character during distillation in a small-batch process: Ripe berry fruits, a light citrus note and pleasantly tart moments in the nose develop into strong notes on the palate. In the aftertaste, additional ethereal elements are found and round off the complex and balanced taste.
