In 2018, we started with the idea of creating our own gin. It should have woody notes, bundle the character of herbs and spices of the Sauerland and also give pleasure to people from other regions. After many tasting evenings, the right recipe gradually developed. Spruce tips, meadowsweet, yarrow, iris root and of course the juniper berries, as they grow on the "Rübenkamp", near the venue of the famous Karl May Festival in Lennestadt-Elspe, should become part of this gin with the unique good taste.
