More information about Ursel Spring Break Gin
Ursel Spring Break Gin is a wonderful organic gin that delights with its floral notes and simple elegance. This London Dry Gin is vegan and handmade - with regional botanicals.
How does the Ursel Spring Break Gin taste?
The intense citrus freshness gives the London Dry Gin a carefree lightness, which is carried by a fine juniper note. The London Dry Gin is already convincing on the nose and exudes a pleasant scent, rich in fruity aromas.
On the tongue it presents itself clear and well balanced. First, the tart and spicy juniper clearly comes to the fore, which is skillfully combined with the citrus aromas. After that, the hand-picked botanicals present themselves in perfect harmony - aroma-intensive and lending the distillate its flavor.
Botanicals
The unique taste of Ursel Spring Break Gin is based on the interplay of thirteen different botanicals. Juniper, citrus, elderflower and dandelion flowers provide the typical fresh note, while young spruce shoots provide the tart component.
What is the alcohol content of Ursel Spring Break Gin?
The alcohol content of 43% by volume ensures an intense, yet mild flavor development. Ursel Spring Break Gin is distilled using the spirit method, which allows for very delicate flavors that are not masked by undesirable flavors and bitterness. What remains is a relaxed, refreshing gin delight.
How to drink Ursel Spring Break Gin?
Ursel Spring Break Gin tastes best neat or over ice with a good tonic water. For this, we recommend a dry tonic water, such as Thomas Henry, FeverTree or Fantimans. Add some ice and a squeeze of lemon - and your delicious drink is ready!

Ursel Gin
Our Ursel comes from the heart of the Taunus and is certified organic - and regionally anchored. Our high-quality gin has a very special history: it comes from the idyllic little town of Oberursel in the Taunus region and is distilled in our small manufactory according to a top-secret recipe from selected botanicals. We have been producing, bottling and selling our classic Heritage since 2016. In addition to the defining aroma of our lead botanical - hand-picked spruce shoots - regional herbs and fruits lend it its unadulterated forest notes, and so the straightforward and expressive taste experience reflects precisely this wild and pristine nature of the Taunus. Even though the recipe of the Heritage is still the same, a lot has happened in the Ursel family. In the meantime, several siblings have expanded the versatile pallet of our regular product, which are as varied as the Taunus...
