We only use Italian summer truffles and regional porcini mushrooms for our fine porcini mushroom pesto. The combination is an aromatic taste sensation on the palate. The pesto tastes great with pasta, eggs, grilled vegetables or steak, as well as stirred into sauces or as a vegan spread.
