The Waterford Estate Grenache Noir flows into the glass in a beautiful red and immediately exudes the inviting and aromatic scent of orange peel, cherries and exotic fruits. Hints of clove and earthy tones add even more complexity to the bouquet. These notes are also found on the palate, accompanied by velvety tannins and a pleasant freshness. The multi-faceted Waterford Estate Grenache Noir aged for a period of fourteen months in both porcelain barrels and French oak. Lean dark meat or game are a highly recommended combination to the Waterford Estate Grenache Noir, but the red wine is also a pleasure on its own.
