In all these cases, our base alcohol obtained from potatoes from the Volcanic Eifel meets special ingredients in an ingenious collaboration with another company. The extraordinary Windspiel Van Volxem Gin was also created in collaboration with the traditional Van Volxem winery in Wiltingen on the Saar, which has made a name for itself with outstanding Saar wines from great vineyards and traditional production methods.

The finesse-rich Windspiel Premium Dry Gin Van Volxem proves that you can give free rein to creativity when it comes to gin ingredients. As always, we have of course used selected spices, herbs and fruit. This time, the other botanicals are joined by a distillate of Riesling from one of the great vineyards of the Van Volxem winery on the Saar, the Goldberg - an Auslese of the highest quality. A subtly different German gin of high quality and equally high recognition value, this fusion seduces both in aroma and taste with ripe yellow fruits. There is also a hint of fresh, tart citrus fruits such as grapefruit. Something floral, such as lavender, together with juniper makes the drinking experience an exciting one. Connoisseurs can taste the Riesling without it pushing the typical gin character into the background.
