Woodland
Woodland is a true dry gin from the wooded low mountain range of the Sauerland.
The predominantly native botanicals make up the unique flavor of this Sauerland distillate. Spruce tips, tree fungus and dandelion root provide a woodsy, earthy flavor. A light top note of fresh nettles, hand-picked sorrel and citrus aromas round out the body note in a tangy way. The result is a tangy-fresh gin, distilled with our own fine-mild Sauerland spring water, which is just as suitable as an aperitif as it is as a long drink with selected tonics or in cocktails.
