The old plum is made from local South Tyrolean farm plums. The fruit is pitted before being carefully fermented. The brandy matures for two years in oak barrels. This gives it warm aromas of cinnamon, caramel and vanilla, which harmonize perfectly with the fruity notes of the plums.
With its smooth style and persistent finish, this brandy is an impressively complex experience.
