Absinthe Tasting Set (5x different Absinthe varieties)

We have often been asked by you whether our ALANDIA absinthes are also available in small bottles for tasting. We have responded to your request and created the absinthe tasting set. The set contains five different absinthes, each with a very different taste. This allows you to get to know the complexity of the world of absinthe particularly well. From traditional absinthe to modern absinthe, everything is included.

There are tasting notes for each absinthe on the back of the packaging so that you have a flavor guide when tasting. Thanks to the elegant and varied contents and the beautifully designed packaging, this absinthe set also makes a great gift for any occasion.

These absinthes are included in the set:

1x Absinthe Heritage Verte - 0.05 l | 68 % vol.

Absinthe Heritage Verte is a strong French absinthe. It is the most classic absinthe in the set, so we recommend starting with this absinthe. In a way, it sets the benchmark for the other varieties. The recipe is based on aniseed, fennel and wormwood. There are also a few other herbs and seeds in the recipe, but the flavor is dominated by the first-mentioned ingredients. As soon as you open the bottle, you notice the freshness of these herbs. In the glass, diluted with water, the first thing you notice is the thick cloudiness. This is due to the high proportion of essential oils in the absinthe. On the tongue, you can taste the slightly bitter notes of wormwood. They harmonize wonderfully with the natural sweetness of the aniseed and fennel. In the finish, you can taste a slight hint of cognac, which is due to the wine alcohol base of the absinthe.

1x Absinthe Moulin Vert - 0.05 l | 68 % vol.

Moulin Vert is also a classic absinthe. However, unlike Heritage Verte, it has a more complex recipe. You can taste notes of dark chocolate and cognac. This is because Moulin Vert also uses high-quality wine alcohol for distillation.

1x Absinthe Republique Vintage - 0.05 l | 68 % vol.

Republique Vintage is distilled with coriander seeds. This gives it a pleasantly herbal spiciness. The recipe for the absinthe was chosen so that it tastes similar to a matured vintage absinthe. In other words, it is less tangy and fresh, but more imposing and majestic in taste.

1x Strong68 Absinthe - 0.05 l | 68 % vol.

Strong68 is particularly suitable for absintheurs who are looking for a genuine absinthe with an increased wormwood content. Strong68 is a distilled absinthe that is colored green exclusively with dyeing herbs (no dye). The extra portion of wormwood gives the drink a slightly bitter taste. Strong68 absinthe is our absolute bestseller.

Taste: classic bitterness

1x Gold68 Absinthe - 0.05 l | 68% vol.

Gold68 is the most modern absinthe in the set, as it contains no aniseed. Instead, it is made with lemon and orange peel to give it body and character even without aniseed. But here too, the wormwood takes center stage. It is slightly bitter and noticeable.
