For this, the Arc Botanical Gin, the flagship gin of Full Circle Craft Distillers, is aged for 3-6 months in new American oak barrels. The barrels are merely toasted.
The gentle toasting of the barrel gives the distillate a rich palette of flavors including caramel, brioche and toasted marshmallow. All the while, the gin's signature juniper, citrus and floral notes remain superbly balanced.
As a result, you get a perfect sipping gin, but it also works great in a Negroni or an Old Fashioned cocktail.
