For this purpose, Arc Botanical Gin, the flagship gin of Full Circle Craft Distillers, is matured for 3-6 months in new American oak barrels. The barrels are merely toasted.
The gentle toasting of the barrel gives the distillate a rich palette of aromas such as caramel, brioche and roasted marshmallow. The typical juniper, citrus and floral notes of the gin remain perfectly balanced.
The result is a perfect sipping gin that also works excellently in a Negroni or an old fashioned cocktail.
