The Beyerskloof Traildust sparkles ruby red in the glass and exudes an incredibly fruity aroma of red fruits and cherries. A hint of sweet oak adds a slightly spicy component to the bouquet. The palate is also fruity: notes of plums, cherries and red berries pamper the palate and are surrounded by soft tannins. The well-balanced Beyerskloof Traildust is a cuvée of Pinotage (35%), Cinsault (33%) and Pinot Noir (32%), matured for twelve months in French oak. Enjoy this red wine either on its own or with duck. Spicy dishes are also a good choice with Beyerskloof Traildust. Incidentally, the name of the wine commemorates all those who contribute to the Pinotage grapes finding their way from the vineyard to the glass of the connoisseur.
