More information about Brewery Faust Pils
Even though there are a large number of unusual craft beers nowadays, the classic Pilsner is still one of the most popular beers in Germany. With its elegant hop aroma and crisp bitterness, this off-dry, bottom-fermented beer is the perfect companion for every day and tastes great at a barbecue, at the regulars' table, after work or on a Sunday afternoon when mowing the lawn - in short, Pilsner is a true all-rounder.
Of course, Brauhaus Faust also has a Pilsner in its range. The Miltenberg brewery has a colorful assortment of creative craft beers and tasty classics. A pilsner is a must!
The Pilsner from Faust flows into the glass in a brilliant straw yellow and is adorned with a stable crown of snow-white foam. A delicious aroma of light-footed hops, citrus fruits, pale malt and oven-fresh bread wafts into the nose and entices you to take your first sip with a siren song.
The first sip reveals a slender body with a clean profile and perfectly balanced carbon dioxide. The malt forms a soft base of notes of light cereals, buttery popcorn and sweet yeast dough bread.
The hops play a whole range of full-bodied aromas, ranging from floral notes to strong citrus fruit and the taste of freshly cut herbs. A tart bitterness elegantly rounds off the interplay of aromas.
Fausts Pils is a successful balance between hops and malt and an absolutely drinkable beer for every day.

Fortunately, the Faust family does not take its motto "Faust. That stays between us" is not taken quite so seriously. Otherwise, only the people of Miltenberg could benefit from the fine beer from the Faust brewery. Close to home The region is close to the Faust family's heart. This is reflected not only in their great commitment to local associations, Franconian culture and social institutions in the region. The traditional brewery in Miltenberg has now existed for more than 360 years, more than 100 of which were owned by the Faust family. With great love for its homeland, Brauhaus Faust is dedicated to protecting the environment; as recently as 2014, the family received the climate protection award from the Bund Naturschutz (Nature Conservation Union) for its important work.
