The Blueprint Gin is an exceptional gin, and not just because of its color. Thanks to gentle distillation, it impresses with a soft and elegant taste. A dash of lemon colors the gin purple.
Blaupause Gin is a truly exceptional gin which, in addition to the harmonious composition of the herbs, fruits and spices used and the exquisite, mild taste, also impresses with its traditional production method. The composition of the botanicals is unusual and unique.
In addition to juniper berries, we use cubeb pepper, lavender, orange blossom, lemon peel, licorice, fennel and fresh cinnamon blossom. All production steps are carried out by hand, including the filling of the elegantly designed bottles.
Blaupause Gin is impressive thanks to its production method, the ingredients used and its fresh, exceptional taste.
Blaupause Gin has a fresh, elegant aroma. The typical juniper notes are supported by herbal hints. Cardamom, fennel, the light spiciness of cubeb pepper and citrus fruits are also very easy to recognize. The orange and cinnamon blossoms used provide a wonderful, light, floral aroma and round off the flavor bouquet in a harmonious way. The combination of the different, sometimes unusual botanicals creates an extremely complex and fresh interplay of aromas - a unique experience.
The taste of Blaupause Gin is soft, mild and fruity. The mouthfeel is warming and gentle. In addition to juniper berries, coriander and lemon peel, hints of pepper, cinnamon and ginger can be detected in the background. To simply letting the day be the day. And because the label "Breaks", once known as "Breaks Records", has been with us for a long time. But the former record store of Harald Reinholz is not the beginning. It goes back even further, when Harry was still small and his grandfather was an enthusiastic distiller.
