Blueprint Gin is an exceptional gin not only because of its color. Thanks to gentle distillation, it impresses with a soft and elegant taste. A squeeze of lemon colors the gin purple.
The blueprint gin is a truly exceptional gin, which, in addition to the harmonious composition of the herbs, fruits and spices used and the exquisite, mild taste, can still convince with its traditional production method. The composition of the botanicals is unusual and unique.
In addition to juniper berries, we use, among others, cubeb pepper, lavender, orange blossom, lemon peel, licorice, fennel and fresh cinnamon flowers. All production steps are "Handcrafted" by hand, including the bottling of the elegantly designed bottles.
The Blueprint Gin knows how to convince with its production method, the ingredients used and its fresh exceptional taste.
The blueprint gin has a fresh, elegant aroma. The typical juniper notes are supported by tart hints. Cardamom, fennel, the slight spiciness of cubeb pepper, but also the citrus fruits are very recognizable. The orange and cinnamon blossoms used provide a wonderful, light, floral aroma and round off the flavor bouquet in a harmonious way. The combination of the different, partly unusual botanicals, provide a distinctly complex and fresh aroma play - a unique experience.
On the palate, the Blueprint Gin presents itself soft, mild and fruity. The mouthfeel is warming and gentle. In addition to juniper berries, coriander and lemon peel, hints of pepper, cinnamon and ginger can be detected in the background. This light spiciness goes very well with the fruity, mild undertone of the Blueprint Gin and thus provides complexity and depth. Treat yourself to a little time out and enjoy our Blaupause Gin with a tonic water, on the rocks or in a cocktail of your choice. In any case, the Blueprint Gin is a wonderful experience.

To simply letting the day be the day. And because the label "Breaks", once known as "Breaks Records", has been with us for a long time. But the former record store of Harald Reinholz is not the beginning. It goes back even further, when Harry was still small and his grandfather was an enthusiastic distiller.
