Our golden boy is stored in oak barrels for several months under close observation until it acquires its unique golden yellow color. The Breaks Reserve Gin develops its fresh, elegant aroma through its juniper note - supported by cardamom, lavender and coriander. The barrel ageing gives our golden boy a hint of wood, vanilla and caramel, rounding off its aromatic bouquet.
