More information about Binkert Porter
Black as night and just as mysterious
Porter is a strong, full-bodied beer by nature It was originally intended to keep English dock workers happy in winter, but today it is particularly popular due to its aromatic intensity Porter from the Binkert brewery is so aromatic and drinkable that it is regarded in-house as the beer drinker's dessert
The Mainsaidla Porter comes in a deep, dark mahogany color typical of porters, A fine-pored, hazelnut-brown head crowns the aromatic beer and exudes a wonderful mixture of freshly ground coffee and roasted hazelnuts A good portion of roasted malt adds the aroma of soft caramel and perfectly frames the subtly bitter sweetness In the full-bodied first sip, the coffee aromas emerge first and demonstrate the full power of the roasted malt with a wonderful bitter note Creamy caramel joins in and adds a velvety sweetness with dark chocolate, Vanilla and the earthy sweetness of dried red fruits complement the interplay of flavors An interesting twist is added by the hop note that presents itself in the course of the drinking pleasure Hints of raisins and toffee with an earthy undertone emerge towards the end and make way for the delicate hoppy finish
The porter from Brauhaus Binkert is an interesting porter beer with surprising fruity notes from beautiful Franconia
