More information about City Session IPA
In principle, a brewery is an entire city: A complex of several buildings is home to the brewhouse, brewing plant and bottling plant No one lives there most of the time, but every day a large number of people gather there to do their work Like streets, corridors and stairwells connect the individual rooms and a cacophony of different noises hovers over the bustling activity Boilers whistle, Glasses clink, instructions and conversations echo through the halls and it bubbles and boils in every corner Fragrances fill the air and the rhythm of eternal progress pulsates through the veins of the brewery
The team at the Danish brewery To Øl has dedicated a beer to their very own small city Their City Session IPA is filled to the brim with the most delicious hops and strong malt and brings a palatable 4.5% alcohol content to the glass The India Pale Ale in the style of New England brews flows out of the can in a cloudy grain yellow and adorns itself with a mixed-pored crown of ivory-colored foam
The urban brew smells of freshly baked cookies, tangy citrus fruit and fruity hops The first sip follows on the heels and scores with herbal notes, orange, mango, grapefruit, tangerine and floral components A gentle bitterness complements the juicy fruitiness and skilfully rounds off the taste
