Our whiskey started out life aging in ex-bourbon barrels (traditional Irish) and finished in virgin American oak (traditional American), using just the right amount of char before bottling it to capture a unique Irish whiskey. Our whiskey is an affectionate tribute to the Natterjack toad because just like the Natterjack, our whiskey has chosen a different path. The Natterjack is the only toad native to Ireland. While all around it are hopping, it walks. It chooses its own course. Thanks to an adventurous spirit and ability to roam, it shows up in the most unlikely of places, not unlike the Irish.

Gabriele and Markus wanted to create a different kind of lemonade with No Limo. After their nearly 50 years together in the finance and real estate business, they realized their dream of "Botanical Sodas" - No Limo is not a spritzer, not a juice, and just not a soda. They were looking for something that was refreshing and aromatically sophisticated. Their inspiration was nature with its vineyards, orchards and fresh grasses and herbs. If you look at their varieties, the lemonade experiment of a different kind has definitely succeeded: Lemon Mint & Tonka, Cherry Coffee, Raspberry Hops & Malt, and Rhubarb Lavender. For the fermentation, not wine yeast is used, but cultures that produce fruit acids instead of ethanol. Novino offers a red wine and a white wine - both without alcohol, so that everyone can enjoy.

We are a microbrewery from Central Hesse and have a unique concept: we have converted a historic fire truck and equipped it with a copper-plated brewing system. With this, we travel to events and brew beers on site together with the audience, while serving our home-brewed beers directly from the vehicle. Due to popular demand, we are now gradually bringing our beers to our enthusiastic fans in bottles as well.

Wir saßen mal wieder unter Freunden zusammen, genossen gutes Essen und einen edlen Tropfen Wein. Zum Abschluss des Abends gab es dann noch einen Gin, der uns jedoch nicht so richtig begeisterte. Das war der Anlass zu sagen: “Das können wir besser!” Nach und nach sprudelten die Ideen, und wir beschäftigten uns immer konkreter damit, einen eigenen Gin nach unseren Vorstellungen zu konzipieren. Ein Produzent war schnell gefunden. Uns war wichtig, dass wir in Franken produzieren und ausschließlich hochwertige und natürliche Zutaten verwenden. All das verkörpert die traditionsreiche Destillerie, die heute FRÄNGIN® herstellt. Nach einer längeren Entwicklungsphase wurde also aus der spontanen Idee an einem Abend mit Freunden Wirklichkeit. Original Franken Bitter „Milder Kräuterlikör“ besteht aus eigener Rezeptur, die aus 39 verschiedenen Kräutern und Wurzeln hergestellt werden. (Kamillenblüten, Enzianwurzel, Orangenschalen.) Die Kräuter werden mit hochwertigen Alkohol mazeriert.Die Aromen und Bitterstoffe werden dadurch gelöst so das der Grundstoff für den Franken Bitter entsteht. Die Lagerung muss mind. 6 Monate betragen damit sich das Bukett entwickelt. Danach kann der Franken Bitter Fertig gemischt werden. Die weiteren Zutaten sind Karamelisierter Zucker um eine ausgewogene Süß-Bittere Note zu erhalten.
