When we had the booze idea to produce our own gin in October 2018, we did not yet realize that it would become Detels & Wölky GbR from Sendenhorst. In the process, our nocturnal hobby developed into a LOVE for the development and production of spirits. For this reason, just a short time later - in January 2019 - we launched the brand MÅNESKIN, the Danish word for moonlight. For us, the name MÅNESKIN is more than just a brand name. For us, it is the essence of an idea. Since then we have worked with a lot of COURAGE to realize our vision and today we can proudly present you our DRY GIN No 12. Marc Sauer is the man behind the two spirits brands Monsieur Sauer and Smutje. So Marc is fully committed to his passion for special spirits with a strong design. Both Monsieur Sauer and Smutje value traditional craftsmanship and the processing of the best and organic ingredients. Monsieur Sauer carries a wide range of gins and, with its varieties such as Gin & Mango or Gin & Grenade (for pomegranate), is especially something for friends of fruit-oriented gins. In addition to the eight gins, Monsieur Sauer also carries a fantastic hazelnut liqueur and an egg liqueur. Smutje Spirits, on the other hand, is thoroughly something for all friends of Norsemen and Norsewomen. The Smutje is called "Iron Gustav" and invites you to taste delicious spirits from his galley. In the galley you will find a gin, a rum, a vodka and an orange-ginger liqueur refined with rum in a stylish black bottle design. We are Massimo and Manuel from Mandelbachtal in the Saarland. Together we founded the start up massi E manu and produce since December '21 high quality, regional liqueurs according to an old family recipe. We are especially known for our Limoncello and Arancello, both of which have since been awarded the ISW Gold Medal (by Meininger International Spirits Award). We process only untreated fruit from the Amalfi Coast and Sicily, which we obtain directly from the plantations. It is important to us the sustainability and quality of our fruits. ROTSIEGEL's first product was ROTSIEGEL Grand Prestige Classique - a beer fermented with champagne yeast. This brut beer demonstrates ROTSIEGEL's claim for special brewing specialties and traditional brewing skills. Accordingly, all ROTSIEGEL beers are produced by hand using only selected specialists. The Grand Prestige Classique was followed in spring 2020 by an American Pale Ale and a Mild Amber Ale.

Mezcal Ajal is made from 100% wild Cenizo agave and is produced artisan - artesanal - in our distillery, run by women, in Durango, Mexico. This means that the production is done in an authentic way with traditional methods and without additives. To ensure the preservation of the Cenizo agave, we plant four new ones with each agave harvested. Mezcal Ajal combines the smoky flavor of agave with the soft aromas of almond and refreshing citrus. The Cenizo agave gives Ajal a particularly mild finish compared to other mezcals. This makes it ideal for mixing cocktails and pure enjoyment. Mezcal Ajal was awarded one of 33 best rated mezcals by Cava in 2020, as well as the silver medal of the Academia del Mezcal y del Maguey in Mexico in 2018.
