According to the recipe of our Estonian grandma from Ösel (Saaremaa), we brew healthy and tasty birch sap. Birch sap has been tapped for centuries in Estonia and elsewhere and has become a Nordic tradition! It is harvested during a few weeks in spring and in folk medicine it is also called youth elixir. Since our grandma has been collecting the sap for decades, we have grown up with this magical juice. We work with several birch sap collectors throughout Estonia to bring you this refreshing and revitalizing drink that we ourselves have enjoyed for years.

Pangaea olive oil from Greece is the olive oil of the families Lakirdakis and Chrysafoudis. The olives for our olive oil come exclusively from our own olive groves. These are located in the north of Greece between the Pangaion Mountains and the Gulf of Orfanos, near the city of Kavala. Our olive oils are cold extracted from hand-picked olives. The time between harvesting and processing is usually no more than six hours. With every bottle of Pangaea Olive Oil you receive a freshly harvested, premium quality olive oil of the best taste. Welcome to Pittermanns: Whisky, Gin, Genever & Liqueurs, handmade in Cologne. In the still young Pittermanns Distillery, founded only in 2016, unique, innovative craft spirits are handcrafted from juniper. Since 2020, we distill all spirits in our new location in Cologne's Bilderstöckchen district. Distilling is done with a 100l spirit still and a 600l capper still. In addition to various genever, the Dutch original form of gin, five different gins are distilled. Since October 2019, there is the first Cologne whiskey: Unchained single malt whiskey. Maturation takes place largely in bourbon casks, but various pre-aged barrels with Islay whisky, sherry, port or Madeira are used.
