More information about COMPANION Amalfi Lemon
The alternative to classic aperitivos is the refreshing COMPANION Amalfi Lemon. It is produced from a batch of the legendary, gigantic Amalfi lemons, which is matched with other natural ingredients. The exact composition, of course, remains a well-kept secret.
Only this much can be revealed: In addition to the peels of the eponymous Amalfi lemon, galant and rhubarb root make a guest appearance for the bitter-fresh character. Alpine mugwort, wormwood and oregano enrich COMPANION Amalfi Lemon with a light, unobtrusive spiciness. Like its Sicilian Orange companion, COMPANION Amalfi Lemon has an alcohol content of 15% by volume.
Probably the most aromatic lemons in the world grow on the Amalfi Coast in southern Italy. They provide the summery character of this aperitif. It is best drunk as a classic spritzer or on plenty of ice with tonic. In any case, don't forget the lemon zest.
