Capers from the island of Syros are only pickled in sea salt. This traditional method has almost been forgotten, even in Greece. As a result, the capers are anything but soft and "soggy".
Their intense flavor and variety of aromas outshine anything previously known from capers. All the fruit in the jar is really crunchy. This experience was an absolute surprise for us and it was a must to include these capers in our range.
But beware: there is a risk of eating the whole jar as a snack ...
