Like our oregano, our organic thyme is grown in the semi-high altitudes of Mount Olympus. It gets its unique aroma under ideal climatic conditions - naturally without the use of pesticides.
A spice that enhances many dishes, e.g. stews and soups, summer dishes such as ratatouille or marinades.
A piece of feta cheese, plenty of manaki olive oil, sprinkle with a little thyme and you are transported to the Greek summer.
