A very special extra virgin organic olive oil. The Manaki variety is one of the most fruity in Greece.

Mando inherited the grove from her father, who in turn inherited it from his father. It is now the 4th generation. The "youngest" olive trees are around 80-100 years old, and the "older" ones have probably been around for several centuries. The estate can be visited by appointment.

A premium class olive oil, obtained directly from olives using exclusively mechanical processes. Cold extracted. The olives are harvested early, when they are still green.

The DELINIO Manaki organic olive oil is something special and certainly a tip to stock up on for the year.

As a trained olive oil taster, the founder of Delinio guarantees that you can't "go wrong" with this oil, it has no sensory defects whatsoever. It can be used for cooking but also "pure", e.g. on cooked vegetables or potatoes! Or put a few drops on every spoonful of lentils or in soup.

Medium to intense fruity taste. You can feel the bitter notes in the mouth and also the spiciness in the finish.
