Destyl Riesling is a combination of the work of the winemakers of the Wieliczka biodynamic winery and the distillers of the Podkarpackie Okowita distillery.
The pomace of the Riesling variety was distilled using artisanal methods. The result is a high-quality Polish grappa that will surprise both wine and spirits lovers with its fresh and fruity aroma.
The taste is initially neutral, like sweet spring water, then becomes dry, bitter, mineral, but very mild. Surprisingly, the finish warms the palate and leaves a hint of marc bitterness.
An excellent, easy-to-drink, strong distillate that combines the advantages of white wine and distillery.
