Destyl Souvenir Gris 2021 is the result of a collaboration between a Polish winery and a Polish distillery. This is another marc spirit from the Destyl brand portfolio.
On the nose, it delights with notes of tea, raisins, hay and sweet ripe grapes.
The taste is dry, tea-like, with a hint of grapes and dried figs, but also refreshing citrus fruits and mint as well as grassy notes. The finish is quite long. Tea returns and nuts appear.
A great distillate to enjoy with friends and acquaintances. The "Polish Grappa" can be an interesting variety for those who prefer wine.
