Destyl Silesian Gin is a new addition to the Destyl brand portfolio. It was developed in collaboration with Silesian Vineyard and Jonston Distillery.
It is the first "wine" gin on the Polish market to contain pomace, i.e. grape skins left over from the maceration of red Riesling, in addition to the classic botanicals.
Lavender, which is also grown on the estate, is also added. The gin owes its unusual character to this.
