More information about Domaine Coquillade Elyo Rouge AOP Luberon 2023
The Elyo Rouge from Domaine Coquillade in the Luberon is a cuvée made from 54% Grenache and 46% Syrah.
On the nose, it smells of blackberry, aniseed and liquorice. On the palate, it impresses with spicy notes, tobacco and wild fennel. Its soft and well-integrated tannins accompany the long finish of this red wine with good structure.
Two noses for wine feel transported to Provence with this red wine and recommend a leg of lamb braised for hours with plenty of garlic, shallots and a potato purée as well as potatoes braised in veal stock. We're sure it's a perfect match!
