Our DormaGIN celebrated its first birthday in November 2019. Since then, it has also been shining in gold: the Barrel Aged Gin blends the new with the old. Created with great attention to detail, it is aged for several months in a barrel made from French oak.
She has passed on her wisdom, tranquillity and tradition from at least 80 years of life. She has shared all her experiences and adventures with our DormaGIN - and it has absorbed them. Its citrus aroma blends with the oak. The result is soft woody notes that are almost reminiscent of whiskey.
The barrel-aged gin is rich in nuances and impresses with its harmony. We bottle our premium gin by hand.
