More information about Dornier CMD 2016
Full-bodied and multi-layered - that is the Dornier CMD. Named after its founder Christophe Modeste Dornier, this cuvée of Petit Verdot (43%), Malbec (43%) and Cabernet Franc (14%) develops wonderful fruity aromas of dark berries and cherries on the nose, with a hint of oak. These notes can also be found on the palate. The good tannin structure underlines the concentrated fruit nuances before the elegant Dornier CMD finishes with a soft and long-lasting finish. The red wine matured for eighteen months in French oak and is a wonderful accompaniment to dishes with dark meat or savory dishes. But the Dornier CMD is also a delight on its own.
