The Dornier Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot flows into the glass in a beautiful red color and demonstrates its complexity on the nose. Fruity aromas of blackcurrant are surrounded by nuances of chocolate and cigar box. On the palate, the cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) and Merlot (50%) impresses with its rich and soft texture, while notes of ripe berries and mocha indulge the connoisseur's senses and are balanced by well-structured tannins. The red wine matured for eighteen months in French oak and is a wonderful accompaniment to dishes with duck breast, beef, lamb or game spiced with black pepper and cloves.
