The Dornier Equanimity Cabernet Sauvignon shines a dark cherry red in the glass. Intense aromas of blackcurrants and blackberries unfold on the nose, accompanied by light oak nuances, smoky notes and a hint of mint. Concentrated fruit notes and elegant tannins give this red wine with a strong character its balance on the palate. The Dornier Equanimity Cabernet Sauvignon matures for eighteen months in French oak and is a prime example of its grape variety. It is therefore a pleasure on its own, but you can also serve this red wine with beef, lamb or game.
