Earthy tones and notes of red and dark fruits are accompanied by spicy nuances and pamper the nose of the connoisseur. The cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Grenache Noir (20%), Mourvèdre (5%), Cinsault (5%) and Viognier (5%) is also fruity on the palate, with a hint of vanilla. The red wine matured for 14 months in French and American oak and is a culinary highlight in its own right. The Ernie Els Big Easy Red Blend Magnum also tastes excellent with dishes with dark meat or game.
