The pomegranate balm is a fruity, sweet balm - but it doesn't lack a sour note either. Like all our balms, it creates a harmony between acidity and sweetness - perfect for vinegar lovers who love the fruity note in salads and, of course, particularly suitable for refining desserts. And of course, like all our FRUCHT vinegars and balsams, it can be enjoyed as a drinking vinegar.

1x Organic Haskap Balsam - 60 ml

The Haskap berry is still very unknown in this country, but thanks to its regional cultivation at the Decker organic farm in Cadolzburg (neighboring district), it is a completely regional product. The berry originally comes from Siberia - also known as the honey berry. The berries contain valuable antioxidants in the form of minerals, vitamins and polyphenols, anthocyanins. The elongated, blue double berries are not only healthy, but also impress with their full fruitiness.

Haskap Balsam is mild (4% acidity), dark red, creamy and intensely fruity. A well-rounded taste and simply a pleasure. Anyone looking for mildness and fruitiness for their salad has come to the right place. The balsamic goes with everything - in salads, desserts, but also for cooking - just try it and then you will simply remember where this balsamic belongs. Caution - addictive, for all those who love balsams.
